Do a better job on fundamentals.
I have had this account for twenty-five years. 25. I logged in for the first time in kind of a while, and I see that my sent folder is now empty.
All of the emails I sent to my wife when we met are now gone. Disappeared into the digital ether.
You should be ashamed of yourselves. I know I'm just one tiny person and you're the great big corporation, and you provide the service for free, but you made me promises years ago, and you blew me off. I've been with Yahoo since there was such a thing, and you screwed me.
My wife just died, and now I will never be able to see any of the messages i sent her, or that she sent me, again.
Thanks for nothing.
