"Default sending address" is very dangerous
Using a default sending address is very dangerous. I cannot discuss medical legal ramifications of what has happened several times.
Basically when one hits reply, the message should be sent by whatever mailbox it was sent to and not some default sending address. Otherwise, a warning option needs to be created saying are you sure you want to send this message, for example analogous to are you sure you want to delete messages.
Another solution is an option not to have a default sending address and leave it blank forcing the individual to put in the desired sending address.
When replying to dozens of emails all sent to different addresses, it makes no sense to reply back to all of them using a single "Default sending address." Now dozens of replies are being sent back using a different email address defeating the purpose of setting up different addresses to receive email.
When adding priority filters it even creates more confusion.
Please upgrade the system with these options so we can avoid future funerals.
Thanks.
