ive been locked out of my email account and even was willing to pay for the telephone assistance but because the phone number linked to the account i no longer have access to the representative told me there was nothing they could do because they could not verify me ......

I am having the same issue. And then they need the same info that if we knew we wouldn't have to call you in the first place.
