    I have Yahoo Mail Pro. Yahoo Mail Pro is supposed to be ad-free and yet now I'm getting ads. I can't tell the difference between the ads and emails, and so I'm clicking on ads trying to unsubscribe from them. I don't understand what is the purpose of Yahoo Mail Pro if it's not ad-free? It's always been ad-free. Please fix this.

    As of the new upgrade (Pro became +) when I open https://mail.yahoo.com/ (i'm allready signed in) it starts with ad's (including in my mailbox).
    When I refresh the page, they go away. This is annoying.

    I have paid for a premium account on Yahoo and yet now I'm getting ads in my inbox many times per day. After all these years I'm now on the verge of dropping Yahoo and going somewhere else. The only reason I pay the extra fee is to stop the advertisements. So if you're going to force them on me, I'm outta here!

    I started receiving ads in the middle of my emails and on the right side of the screen and shouldn't be since i pay the $35/ yr service. I called yahoo and they had me try Edge and all ads went away. There is something new about chrome causing these ads to infiltrate my yahoo mail.

    I pay for Yahoo Plus and still get ads. What the **** did I pay for?
    I pay for my Yahoo! Mail Premium account and today, I suddenly see ads in my inbox. What's going on!?! Please remove that from my paid account!

    I've had this email address for more almost 24 years (and a similar one for a few years before that) and the ads are going to be enough to convince me that I need a new personal email if they stick around. $35/year seems like enough, but I'll spend less elsewhere for no ads if needed.

    I pay $35/year for email, which is already too much for a service that is free elsewhere. i will switch to another email service if the ads continue.

    Absolutely disgraceful, Having to look at ads at the top of my inbox instead of e-mails, considering closing this account if yahoo continues this practice.

    I've had Yahoo mail for 20 years and now I'm getting email ad pop ups. I even pay for premium service, now you want more money to prevent me from getting your ads... Bad enough I have to see all the stupid ads on you web page, now you want me to read them in my email???
