    I have no interest in your System Mechanic. It is very irritating to see this ad and have no way of removing it so I can access my email. Please STOP posting this ad on my inbox!

    I don’t know if you know this or not but there is an option to turn off ads because I do not get any ads when I’m on my email so you might wanna look into this before adding it because it’s already there

    I would ask WHY you starting putting ads in the email, but I see you are charging $5 to join Yahoo Mail Plus to generate revenue. So basically, you forced ads onto us without asking our permission just so you can generate more money, when all you did was create a more unusable product. No one asked for this. Like all of the other angry customers below, I too am already paying for Yahoo Premium. What are we paying for if we'd pay the $35/yr for no ads in our email? If you lose customers, you lose the revenue that you think you're gonna get from forcing ads on to ppl and getting them to pay for Yahoo Mail+. That's NOT what we signed up for. The $35 was enough! You also lose those of us who've been loyal customers for decades. I guess you don't mind losing revenue and customers to a competitor. We'll gladly take our money and business and go elsewhere.

    Extremely annoying to have the ads in my inbox and the banner along the side. I'm paying for ad-free Yahoo Mail. Quit it!

    I pay extra so that I don't see ads in my mailbox. I am seeing ads in my mailbox. Either stop showing them or stop charging me.

    Of all possible ads, the ones mixed with my messages in the in box are the worst. It's completely unworkable with the high volume of messages I receive. Given that I'm paying for YM+, I expect better. If there has to be ads in a service for some reason, make them visually separated.

    I, too have started getting ads, and it is with Edge. There needs to be fix fast or a lot of people will stop paying for a service we don't receive.
