Functional, Flexible Disposable Email Address
I need the option to edit the BASENAME of the disposable email address after setting one up. It appears that once you have established a BASENAME, you cannot modify if. It appears my only choice is to add a KEYWORD to the already established and unchangeable BASENAME: BASENAME-__KEYWORD_@yahoo.com
I need to change the root BASENAME, I do not want it to say "Miamieducators-KEYWORD@yahoo.com.
How can I change the BASENAME.
To say "its not possible" is not correct, nor is it considerate of the consumer...nor prudent business practice for Yahoo
I upgraded to Yahoo Mail Plus from Pro thinking that would allow me to, it didn't so I cancelled and I wish to go back to Pro.
I came to the conclusion last night that I couldn't change the BASENAME of the disposable email address while trying to solve a private business issues (my own non-profit venture for environmental activism). It forced me to set up a gmail mailbox and then add that to my yahoo.
In other words, I had to use Google's Email service to fix a Yahoo deficiency. It was the most expeditious way. If Google makes it any easier, I will drop my long time Yahoo accounts and email addresses.
If yahoo doesn't anticipate the needs of its users and beat the competition to the solutions, customers will migrate to where use is easiest.
Please pass that along. Solve our problems, not make excuses. We are paying money for utility.
