    LEAVE MY EMAIL ALONE!!! I am a sentient being. If I WANT a new look and the other BS attached, I WILL SELECT IT. You constantly sign me out of my email accounts and mess with the pages. DIFFERENT IS NOT BETTER. STOP IT! STOP IT! STOP IT!

    The presets were great, they were THE best thing about Yahoo! Mail. I don't understand why they'd remove something that simple and useful, and a clear advantage they had over competitors.

    I loved that some backgrounds even had images. I use several Yahoo accounts, and having different backgrounds helped me make sure I don't mix them up.

    I only recently found that the background colors could be changed to a few different presets (orange/red, blue/green, purple, etc.). Now those are gone! And there is no way to change it back with the current update, even WITH its return to basic mail option!

    How could such a radical change not even be announced?
    I mean, if I was asked to pay a modest sum to keep it as it was, I would have but this, this is totally unacceptable...

    Email is an important communication mean, if you mess with it, without notice, you mess with people's life...

    I do not like the new format at all......please return to the original format and in the future, if you are going to change things it would be nice to inform me, (us) of the changes beforehand so we can decide I we want it or not!!

    What did you guys do to Yahoo Mail? The new format is awful! The font is so hard to read and it's more difficult to see which messages have been read and which messages haven't. Please fix it! Go back to the regular format you've had before! You guys seem bent on destroying yourselves. If you don't change it back I will be forced to use a different email provider.

    I received an email this morning telling me my service will end in 1 day. I added time/minutes to my phone service April 3rd, 2024. Your email is wrong.

    WHY HAVE YOU NOT RESPONDED TO MY PREVIOUS EMAIL?

    STOP SWITCHING MY MAIL FORMAT! I WANT THE BASIC! I LIKE THE BASIC! STOP SWITCHING THE FORMAT I USE!

    1) GET ME BACK TO BASIC YAHOO TO ELIMINATE the HORRIBLE PROBLEMS IN YOUR LATEST VERSION

    2) UNABLE TO MAKE CORRECTIONS MYSELF BECAUSE GEAR SYMBOL TO MAKE CORRECTIONS IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE

    3) No longer able to vary Text Size

    4) No longer able to PASTE IN WORD DOCUMENT TEXT, TO BE ABLE TO OVERCOME DEFICIENCIES IN YAHOO CAPABILITIES

    5) Can No Longer use BOLD

    6) Can NO LONGER USE HIGHLIGHTING

    7) the Latest Version Makes the Text LESS VISIBLE, so that I can Barely see it. I cannot IMAGINE ANY VALID REASON FOR
    MAKING SUCH A STUPID MISTAKE

    9) Options that existed Before are no longer present.

    10) WHY ARE YOU MAKING IT WORSE EVERY TIME YOU MAKE A CHANG?

    11) YOUR WORKERS ARE APPARENTLY MAKING CHANGED TO SECURE INCOME, RATHER THAN MAKING YOUR EMAIL BETTER

    12) I AM SURE THERE ARE MORE PROBLEMS THAT I DO NOT RECALL AT THE MOMENT

    13) How do I change the DEFAULT FONT?
