Agree. They have an unsubscribe feature that does not work. Rather, it seems, does the reverse in that it just flags your account to receive even more spam. Had this email for over 20 years. I really hate to delete it but this is getting ridiculous.

I have had this account since my first computer, but I am close to saying goodbye to Yahoo because of the relentless spam emails. Even after I report and block, I still get more spam emails. Please block these obvious spam emails before I have to just give up and go.

I have had a yahoo account for decades, few issues and good spam filters. However, I've been losing my mind deleting and blocking spam mail all day long for a week or so now and will have to say good bye to Yahoo and transition to my secondary mail, if the filter is not re-instituted. I also noticed that there is a limit on 'blocked' emails - 1000 I believe, so one can assume I'll hit that limit fairly soon now that Yahoo opened the flood gates.

It is a SHAME the amount of spam I receive. I have already closed one yahoo account. I will close this one VERY soon and be done with yahoo if this does not change. You have a limit of 1000 emails to be blocked. In privacy settings have to delete ALL the emails I've blocked and start over. This is absurd and you know you can do better. In 2 months I will close this email account that I have had for nearly 20 years because Yahoo refuses to get their sh!t together. Shameful

I have begin receiving a LOT of SPAM mail. Many of these are identified as "Suspicious link" by a Norton popup, even though I gave up my Norton subscription a long time ago. Is it Norton which is behind these SPAM messages??

I'm not sure what happened recently but in the last 6 months, I've seen a surge in spam emails routing to my inbox versus the Spam folder. I'm constantly marking them as spam but will easily get 20+ emails a day that are obviously spam.

This email address is showing in my inbox brian.wilson@cox.net. This cox.net is showing as the TO: person but linked to my account. I didn't authorize this and I can't block him so I don't keep getting his email SPAM.

Yahoo doesn't care about helping us to stop daily rampart spam emails with email addresses that are hard to read or discern. It's a lost cause to complain to Yahoo about that. Yahoo! used to be great... in the 1990s. Sad.

It seems paying for an email account with Yahoo! no longer provides anything significant compared to other options. The biggest loss is automatic spam filtering. If the change was necessary for the platform, please improve it quickly and significantly. If not, please return the old spam tools. Going into the account and setting spam qualifiers for individual emails is a return to the late 1990’s.

Yes. The Spam filter is non-existent. Way too much **** getting through to my Inbox. Why am I paying for this feature if it doesn't work?

I am getting dozens of spam accounts for awards and Norton Lifelock that are spoofed addresses. Why hasn't Yahoo spam filtered these out?

It seems that yahoo is trying to force us to upgrade to the paid membership through bombarding us with spams..I did not get so many spams before.. Really shameful, i think it is time to look for a new email provider.

Not only is a lot of spam email coming through but all of the email address associated with them get automatically saved and show up when I begin to type out an email address. It seems like you can tackle two problems with one solution. Stop the spam email from even coming through and then the spam email address won't get automatically saved either.
