    What's the matter with the spam algorithm ? Several mails addressed uniquely to me, with invoices or other important attachments, go into the spam folder. It's becoming so frequent that I have to check my spam folder as often as my inbox !

    Why on earth, in this day and age, would you eliminate the spam blocking technology? When I have to clear 2-4 spam emails every day - not worth sticking with Yahoo... maybe that's your goal for all of us to switch to other email platforms...

    Need the spam blocking back. Don't know why you would take that off. Was the mail reason I stayed with Yahoo mail all these years. Even told people that why I use It.

    Any accounts that are shown to be spam and are identified as Yahoo accounts should be closed down or pending removal but removed from use.

    It important that there should be some means to show potential spam from friendly emails -
    the actual spam folder holds to many. The friendly emails that go into this folder and any others should be marked pending account holder attention.

    I missed over 15 emails including an incredibly important one because they all went into my spam. I am furious to say the least

    NOW I AM OUT AND OUT ANGRY!!!!! WHAT IN THE WORLD IS THE MATTER WITH THIS DUMB YAHOO AND NOT CLEANING OUT THE SPAM ISSUE!!!! I AM SO SICK OF GETTING MCAFEE COMPUTER SPAM EMAILS WITH WARNINGS OF VIRUS AND I DO NOT HAVE MCAFEE PROTECTION AND NEVER HAVE. I GET THEM 20 A DAY AND YOU KEEP PUTTING THEM IN MY INBOX EVEN THOUGH YOU KNOW THEY ARE SPAM AND I HAVE CHECKED THEM OFF AS SPAM!!!!!. THE SEXUAL SPAMS ARE MAKING ME EXTREMELY ANGRY AND YET YAHOO KEEPS THEM COMING! DO YOUR JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I was always thinking Yahoo email had a pretty good automatic spam filter until I kept receiving McAfee support spam emails. Obviously, they were not from McAfee. It does not matter how many times I flagged these emails as spam. They just keep coming into my inbox. They look so obvious and I have no clue how they passed Yahoo's spam filter (if there is any). I ended it up by creating my own personal filters to block any email mentioning the word "McAfee". Maybe it's time to switch to a different email account?

    Even if I say a contact isn't spam, their emails still go into my spam folder...even when they are replying to me. Please fix this or I'm gonna have to change my email address that I've had for over 15 years!

    Here I am again because nothing is being done about the OUTRAGEOUS amounts of spam mail that is being allowed to come into our inboxes by YAHOO! When is Yahoo going to pay attention to the MANY MANY FEEDBACKS LEFT REGARDING THE SPAM ISSUE! i am getting over 20 a day and many of the spam mail is filtering into my regular mail inbox because your SPAM PATROL is not catching it!!!!!! AGAIN, I AM COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SEXUAL CONTENT OF THESE SPAMS ALSO!!! GET OF YOUR BACK SIDE, YAHOO, AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS DISGUSTING ISSUE! YOU HAVE MANY, MANY CUSTOMERS DOING THESE FEEDBACKS... YOU NEED TO LISTEN TO THEM! DUH! DUH! DUH!

    THE SEXUAL SPAMS THAT ARE HAPPENING ARE NASTY AND DISGUSTING AND I WANT THEM STOPPED. YOU SPAM PATROL ARE "ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL" AS THE SAYING GOES AND THE AMOUNT OF SPAMS AND HAVING REGULAR PEOPLE I EMAIL EVERYDAY HAVING THEIR EMAILS SHOW UP IN SPAM IS ABSOLUTLY STUPUID,,,, I DO NOT DO STUPID WELL!!!!!!!     I KEEP GETTING MANY SPAMS FOR THE LAST FEW WEEKS. ONE OF THEM COMES OVER CONTINUALLY AND I CLICK ON SPAM AND YET YAHOO IS NOT BLOCKING IT AS IT COMES IN MY INBOX CONTINUALLY. WE ARE TOLD TO MARK THINGS AS SPAM AND YET YAHOO IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB IN NOT ALLOWING IT BACK INTO THE INBOX AGAIN. I AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED AND FRUSTRATED WITH THIS SAME EMAIL CONTINUALLY SHOWING UP AND IT IS VERY ANNOYING. I ALSO HAVE MY FRIEND'S EMAILS SHOWING UP IN SPAM AND WE EMAIL BACK AND FORTH EVERY DAY SO YAHOO SHOULD KNOW NOT TO PLACE THEM INTO SPAM. I AM ALSO SO DISGUSTED WITH THE "NASTY" SEXUAL COMMENTS THAT ARE IN THE SPAM FOLDER EVERY SINGLE DAY. WHERE IS THE PERSON WHO SHOULD BE GETTING RID OF THESE???? HE IS OBVIOUSLY IN A COMA! !! WHOEVER IS MONITORING THE SPAM ISSUES IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB AND NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED OR FIRED!!!!!! YAHOO DO YOUR JOB!!!!!!

    Same for me: the spam filter is not working properly. Important mails are getting in the spam box even though I marked them as 'not spam' previously.

    Spam has gotten VERY bad. Even being a free account, for over 10 years god knows how much ad revenue Yahoo has made off of me. I'm ready to switch to Gmail if the SPAM issue is not addressed ASAP.

    Tengo un problema grave. Muchos de mis emails importantes están llegando en las últimas semanas a la carpeta de SPAM. Esto me está causando problemas de pérdida de emails, pérdida de oportunidades de negocio, no atender con calidad a mis clientes, etc. Cuando intento reestablecer los emails, sacarlos de Spam y pasarlos a mi Inbox, para que Yahoo interprete que no se trata de correos basura, además de no poder pasarlos, no encuentro la manera de decirle a Yahoo que esos remitentes no son Spam y por lo tanto me sigue enviando sus emails a Spam una vez tras otra.
    Solución URGENTE!!!

    Your automatic spam filtering caused me to miss critical information from the college that I am attending and nearly cost me my federal aid! Additionally, I missed messages from my doctors and those related to my vehicle.

    Return the option to the people and stop trying to be the moderator. You are failing at this job!

    SPAM filtering is terrible. I missed FOUR negative COVID tests attached to emails when In Rome that were sent from an Italian address. Missed two today with PDFs from a local vendor. What is going on?????

    spam filtering has been terrible lately. valid emails are being sent to spam and obvious junk is allowed in the inbox multiple times each day
