At least have a decent customer service that doesn't rely on bots ?
For whatever reason, I've been having trouble receiving important verification emails from certain addresses. I've deleted any and all filters and blocked addresses to see if that helps but neither have worked. I even went and made a new yahoo mail account to check, but it seems to only be a problem with this one.
None of help pages have been of any use and the chat bot that's supposed to assist me has only been redirecting me to said help pages. I really wish there was some sort of way to get a support ticket or something that require me to pay for a service. It doesnt even have to be a 24/7 live support thing. I just want to know if there are any problems with my account that i specifically cant receive emails from a contact.
