I cannot sync email

I cannot sync Outlook email. When I tried, I received an error message and a prompt to sign in.

    Since 26/3/2024 I am not receiving all my emails. the irony is that some never came both to the browser email and the mobile email (IOS), while some are only coming to the browser email (chrome) and not in the mobile mail. Note, that they both used to be perfectly synchronised with easv other! In fact, the most important ones never came! What can I do? Please fix that problem asap.
