Same exact thing happens to me, over and over, every time I try to open or close any emails.
Contacted customer service twice but cannot add a screenshot to the chat because the feature will not work. I then get an email to reply and upload the screenshot, but when I do that it kicks me out of the chat and I can never make it back to the same guy. Very frustrating.
