I would like to request for a formal investigation into the YahooMail for this region as several messages that are being sent have multiple error date stamps and emails are not being sent or received despite YahooMail providing messages that emails were sent and received. Large delays of HOURS are occurring between date/time of "sent" messages, vs "received" messages. Changing or updating the settings feature that addresses this DOES NOT work in this region.
