Not a suggestion but a complaint! I was moved today from cox to Yahoo (not at my request). The transfer was smooth, and I was able to setup my Yahoo account on three devices. However, on COX I have more than one email address on my account. But I was only able to transfer one to Yahoo your customer service stated that the transfers were being done in bunches and the other email address should be notified of the transfer later. For now, I will take your word on it. My real concern is now I must pay $5.00 a month not to get ads on my Yahoo account. Thats just wrong I did not make this move voluntarily and therefore should not be charged for anything. Cox never pushed unsolicited advertisement and therefore you shouldn't either on any former cox accounts. For anyone with more than one email account that $5.00 a month adds up quickly. I wouldn't mind the ads so much if I could simply delete them without opening them. Please fix this issue by deleting all ads from former Cox accounts or put a delete button on them.

You do not have to pay anything! Yahoo Mail is free. If you want an ad free experience, then you'll need to upgrade to Yahoo Mail Plus. Hope that clarifies. Thanks!
