Your mail support function takes me in an endless loop with no way to contact support
Every time I try to contact support, your system asks for my ID then keeps looping back to the same place...very frustrating, with no recourse to actually contact support. And every time I try to access my email, on several different browers, a strange message, "no healthy upstream" keeps showing in small letters with nothing else on screen. Help PLEASE!
