Remove AI generated summary
Please give us the option to NOT have yahoo AI generated email summary as the "header" to my emails.
I pay for extra service from yahoo mail. I find this deplorable!!!
Please let me change this!!!

Agreed! I'm desperately looking all over the settings for where to remove this feature, which we did not have the choice to opt in for.

Your new system generates an AI synopsis of each received email which appears at the top of each communication, and is inaccurate. One was vaguely threatening. Cannot turn this feature off in Settings. Switched back to Basic. You need to allow the user to remove this unhelpful feature.

Provide a setting to DISABLE the AI-generated email summaries that just started appearing on the mail.Yahoo.com website (Windows). I, and I'm sure others, find this "recap" of my private email content unwanted, unhelpful, and annoying.

AI summaries are only in the iOS app or our new desktop experience. We are going to go ahead and close this thread as it's in the wrong place. Thanks!

AI picked the least important information in the email and presented it as if it were something else. Because AI can't think. Or read properly, evidently.

HATE HATE HATE THE STUPID AI PREVIEWS!!!!!!! They must be stopped. They are so very annoying and get in the way of reading my emails. REALLY bad idea.
