  1. Constant verification codes are frustrating and time consuming

    Stop with those verification codes If 2 factor is not setup, do not send verification codes each time I log in -- same computer, same day. This is exhausting. I do not own a smartphone so have go to another email to get the code. You know what I am thinking now? I might as well use that other email instead of Yahoo..... I am so tried of these codes all day long. Makes it hard to get into my own emails whether I am using the same computer/ network or elsewhere.

    just stop it if 2 factor is not…

  2. Don't delete old mail accounts without warning the customer first

    I'm not happy that everything in my old email account was deleted because I was inactive for 12 months. I never received any email warnings that my account would be reset, which would have been the appropriate action for Yahoo to take before performing a permanently destructive action against a user. Very disappointing and poor customer service.

  4. why can't i choose the font size my yahoo mail displays?

    why can't i change the font size of my yahoo mail? If my browser is set to use font size 18, my yahoo mail uses font size 8 or 9. Too small. Where are the font settings for yahoo mail??

  5. Email Threads and Attachments

    THreads of previous emails with attachments are totally confusing communications between me and recipoents and vice versa.
    I do not want a history of previous emails and attachments coming up in current emails to and from recipients...It is most vexing and disgustingly so...
