Better ways to reach support
You guys need a better way for making sure contacts are going through. I've tried numerous ways to reach support but I've failed to get a reply or case number.
I believe some policy, program, or AI that was pushed around 1030 last night just targeted our domain as spam. There's nothing in spamhaus, it's the domain itself. You have a policy that is blocking even yahoo to yahoo emails that have the domain in the body of the email. This is crazy that I can't even reach a live agent chat and that there's no domain administration support.
