Stop changing things unnecessarily.
I don't know what you've done recently but it's certainly not working and is downright annoying. I'm not able to see my new unread emails unless I click into something at the top of the screen on my phone. Then it brings them up but most of the are faint to read and when you try to click onto them you can still not get them at times. I wish you wouldn't keep altering things and leave things as they are for the customer to choose if necessary. I'm now looking on my laptop and still can't see my new messages at all.
