How can we improve New Mail?

"Your mailbox storage is FULL"

The information provided about how to check how much storage one is using is ERRONEOUS - why bother providing information that sends users down a rabbit hole? It's really insulting - and not a reason why I should pay an extra penny for "additional storage"...
