Storage Issues - see idea posted below
I attempted to upgrade my basic yahoo mail to 200GB storage with no ads, for a monthly price of $5.00. I filled out the application, providing name, address, etc., also payment method via credit card. When I went to check out, I received a message that the transaction could not be completed at the time, that I should come back later. I then I called Yahoo support at 1-800-875-9824 and spoke with Sue, who reassured me that my email in and messages would not be stopped on the deadline of August 27, 2025 and that Yahoo would work on resolving the issue. I rejected a "work-around" alternative of going on Google Playstore as an alternate method of obtaining additional storage space because I don't want to spend more time of what should be a simple request and purchase. Please resolve this issue for me as soon as possible and send, via email, an authentication and confirmation that all has been "fixed." Sue gave me a reference number 2742455. Thank you. David R.
