Hey, guys and girls!! Not a problem, gripe, nor issue. Just a thank you. I've been tryin' the "new Yahoo mail" for a good while, and there were times of "having too many bells and whistles." To the point where I was havin' trouble finding basic things. They were there, just had to do a treasure hunt themed game to find them. So, I've switched back to basic. What I was NOT prepared for was my personal reaction. When I made the change, and the "tried and true" format reappeared on the screen, my simple mind actually felt relieved and and grateful. I actually felt like I had just returned home. I've been grinning, ever since. Thank y'all for making this option available. I realize not everyone will revert, but for those of us who have grown up with y'all, the comfort of familiarity is priceless. Your "classic" platform/interface serves performance, reliability, and functionality to us, and I hope that as y'all continue to morph yer products into the future, you'll offer this simple, basic model as an option, for many years to come. It ain't broken; no need to fix it!! I'm also gonna go back to braggin' about y'all! And, my wish is that other tech companies follow y'all's lead. There have been SO many excellent products, both hardware and software over the years of which many have been retired out of service, only because of the crime of being olde. I could make a short list, and I'll wager y'all can too. Classic Yahoo mail is one of those legendary products on my list.
