I don't know what my new password is for Proton, my 2nd authentification code ( i HAD JUST CHANGED THEM, AND I LOST THE PAPER ON WHCH THEY WERE WRITTEN. I lost both passwords on paper for my original Yahoo email and my Proton email. Now I can't get into my former email which I MUST GET INTO. Please help me. Give me another Way for a 2nd Authentification Way to get in. You SHOULD have such a thing. It's difficult to manage SO Many Passwords, and YAHOO IS NOT FRIENDLY TOWARD SENIORS. i know you need to make sure it's someone is the right person for security. BUT SURELY, YOU COULD CALL ME IN PERSON AS WELL. I COULD GIVE YOU MORE IDENTIFICATION OVER THE PHONE. I THINK Y'ALL ARE NOT GOING OUT OF YOUR WAY TO HELP.
