Deletion of e-mails. Referring to email on 8/27 from support. Unable to post any screenshots or videos to this forum. Before deletion 515,059 total emails. Selected 1 year after 2010-01-01 before 2011-01-01 with 4,987 emails to delete. Selected all to delete. System indicates all deleted. After deletion 514,876 total e-mails remain. According to the math not all emails that were selected, and indicated as deleted, were deleted. I have deleted 12-13 years worth of emails multiple times using this same process and not all are deleted when going back and verifying. Please fix this process so users don't have to delete the same e-mails over and over and still pay for additional storage to maintain their email account.
