Keep arrow key functionality WITHIN the active window.
PLEASE consider the following: Once I have clicked inside of an open email, don't allow the position of the email list to be changed unless I click inside of that window. Currently, if I use the arrow key while browsing inside of the email, the pointer in the list changes to another email. Frustrating!
