Your customer support is horrible. Please train your agents and make sure they are professionals. The process of verifying someone's identify is completely outdated. My email was created 25+ years ago and you guys want my valid drivers license as the ONLY method of validating my identity? I lost full access from my main personal email and now none of you can confirm/validate my access. I have my password in hand, I have my last email, I have everything BUT the name I created matching with my ID from 25+years ago. That's insane.
