New UI is Hard to See
The new UI you've changed to is horrible. It's hard to see there are no customizations to change its appearance so you can see it better or anything. I called your customer service team and explained to them that the old UI was easier to see, I can personalize it, and these were things I could enjoy for free for nearly 30 years since I've been using Yahoo. Now you want to charge for it! Yahoo Mail doesn't offer an incentive for me to want to pay your service and now you want to take away the only thing that has kept me using your email service. Why stay with Yahoo when they don't give a **** about their customers. It's all about Liberal greed and that money they are afraid of losing not realizing there are better email services out there than Yahoo and they offer customization for free and they offer better incentives if you want to pay into their services. Yahoo used be the email that didn't have a whole lot of frills and that is what I enjoyed about Yahoo. It was simple, easier to use, and it was ready whenever I needed it. You want to keep me using and others don't charge for the Legacy UI because right now GMail offers everything in your Legacy UI for free and since I already have 2 emails with them it won't be that hard to switch.
