Hello,
Yahoo Customer Care Mail Restore Team
This email is in response to "Organize and restore emails : Email is unexpectedly missing or lost [ref:Rd00000b7eCQIAY:ref]" to provide you with the required information of my reason to approach you in the first place, as Yahoo's Contact Us/Custmer Service Page does not allow customers to file a report with further details.
I humbly apologize for not following your request as stated in your reply email; however, I did not find any alternative approach to take. I really hope that you will help me solve my issue by making an exception and giving your valuable attention.
I clearly remember signing into my account sometime in August 2025 and maybe also in November 2025. But, 2 days before, I had to reset my password after facing difficulty when I tried to log in to collect a copy of some "Legal Documented Emails and my "Education & Training Certifications" to apply for a job opportunity. However, I was shocked after successfully signing in, as there was no trace of previous emails in Inbox, Sent, Draft, Spam, Views, Folders, and others, except Contacts.
According to FQA Help Center,
"After 12 months or more of not using your mailbox, it is considered inactive. It will stop receiving new emails, and all mailbox contents, folders, contacts and settings are permanently deleted."
Hereby, I kindly request you to help me in my case as I am facing great difficulties since this account is officially linked to organization services and official institutions associated with the government of Canada, making us both face legal jeopardy and proceedings. With the attachment, I also want to add that most of my contacts are visible to me at first glance.

Hello,

Sorry for going against your request, but I found no other way to approach you. So kindly make an exception once and spare your valuable attentive time to me.

This is an automated response, please don't reply to this email.
Hello,
Thank you for contacting Yahoo.
If your request refers to restoring lost or missing mails within the past 7 days, please allow a period of 8 hours for the process to be finalized. If your request relates to another issue please visit our help pages.
We will do everything we can to try to recover your lost emails. However, remember that only e-mails that have been deleted or have disappeared within the last 7 days may eventually be recovered and that restorations may not always succeed.
As the owner of the email account in question, you know your emails better than anyone else. If your messages do not appear in your inbox after 8 hours, they may not have been retrieved, or they may have been archived or mistakenly sent to your recycle bin. Please check all your folders and check whether your account has filters enabled, which may prevent those emails from reaching your inbox.
Warm regards,
Yahoo Customer Care Mail Restore Team
