I stopped using you years ago when you started purging my email history, which includes some very sensitive and important emails that I’ve had over the years, all deleted, no warning, nothing. You use my data as trash, unreliable, and disrespectful email partner. Never again.

To be clear, I am paying premium for both Apple cloud services and Gmail business services, so I’m the type of person who would pay for the email service to have storage, but your behavior was such a no-no that I never again wanted to use this garbage.

Insufficient time to adapt and the lack of any working links to manage one's personal storage means I have finally switched over permanently to GMail, despite using Yahoo! Mail for decades, almost since its inception!

Way to go, Yahoo! As with all your recent changes, shooting yourself in the foot ... again! The company has become quite adept at this - alongside particularly $hi7e Customer Service - it's no wonder the once market leader is now a mere bystander, a note in the annals of history of The Internet, when it could've been a leader.

What a fall from grace.

PS The reason I'm posting here as it's almost impossible to contact Yahoo! any other way. Just think about that for a moment: it's almost impossible to contact ANYONE at Yahoo! FFS, just what is it that you guys think you are running?

You need to allow customers to manage storage - not make a business opportunity from their inability to delete junk and then charge for additional storage - that is UN ETHICAL
