Improve Technical Support
I chatted to complain I accidentally deleted (You have the Delete button RIGHT NEXT TO the Not Spam button) and item in Spam. I was told it could be restored if I submitted a ticket. I later received an email that just said "If you delete from any folder but Spam it goes into Trash". What the heck?? The two people aren't on the same page at all. One is out to lunch and doesn't know that they are talking about. Please train your people. Make sure the one that didn't know what they were talking about does so in the future.
