The new ad at the bottom of the web mail reading pane covers the email content. When i go down the list of new emails on the left hand side, I have to scroll up the email pane to read the email. i didn't have to do that in the past. This is very intrusive. You've tried it before and then removed it. It is interfering with the functionality. What next, an ad covering the middle of the email. You must keep the email reading pane free from ads or your product becomes annoying and then replaced.

Spam - why can i no longer get rid of spam from my spam folder - ie i can no longer block future spam from emails?

I think this is very necessary. I now pay monthly for my email yet I have no facility to block future emails from spam in my spam folder?

Please increase the no. of "Blocked Email IDs" from 1000 to atleast 5000 so that all Offensive, Absurd, Sexually Inappropriate, Violence-filled etc mails can be blocked. My 1000 IDs list is almost filled.

Did you turn off your spam filters? Amount of spam that makes it through has gone up considerably in the past month or so. Other people I know that use Yahoo email have said the same thing.

The company I do business with has been in my contacts for YEARS. You STILL put them in the spam folder almost every time. Every time I mark them NOT SPAM but it continues to happen.

Hello, I'm having trouble setting up additional mailboxes for sending emails. I have my own domain and a corporate email address. When I associate this account to send emails with my domain from Yahoo, I'm not prompted for the SMTP server or outgoing port; I'm only asked for my email address, password, and a basic verification to confirm the account belongs to me. The problem is that all the emails I send from my Yahoo account to my clients or colleagues are being diverted to the spam folder, no matter how many times I mark the email as safe.
Is there any way to fix this issue or access an advanced configuration where I can modify this problem?

the new ad spot that sits at the bottom of the screen is actually crazy. it's a constant distraction and it makes reading my mail very difficult. i understand that you as a company have ad campaigns you have to fulfill, but this has gone too far. it's completely interrupting the user experience-ESPECIALLY since it's not a static ad and it's constantly changing / rotating out.

i will never pay to access my mail (i know a response could be, "just get yahoo plus!') and instead am thinking about leaving yahoo entirely over this. such a disappointment.

Have an option to get rid of the Google Ad Bar that is taking up a quarter of my viewing screen when I'm trying to view the contents of an opened email! There is already the ads that show up on the right side of my screen which don't interfere with my emails. I understand the need for ad revenue, but this is so annoying that it makes me actually consider switching to gmail!! Please find an alternative!!

The advertisement banner (term?) at the bottom of my Inbox, any folder consumes ~5-6 lines of e-mails at 1.75X magnification of my laptop's monitor / screen!!

Why am I now seeing adds at the bottom of my inbox?? It's bad enough to have them on the side but now they are also taking up more space. How many adds do I have to put up with!!!

I see you brought back the ad at the bottom of the reading pane. You are reducing my viewable email area even more and it's annoying as ****. You will lose customers. I pay for other Yahoo services for my family. We'll just dump Yahoo all together along with Apollo and Verizon which own Yahoo.

That ads window at the bottom of the page is far from annoying. It is stealing readable space from us, your users. If you are doing such a low punch to encourage Users to pay the premium subscription, you are doing it wrong. That is not the way to treat your Customers, we, the Users of your platform. Shame on you!

Yahoo is getting to be a pain. It is very irritating when the adds block part of the emails. It is also extremely irritating when I open a page to read an article, and I can't find the rest of it due to the overwhelming number of adds. I know adds pay the bills, but I'm finding them to be more and more irritating than helpful.

Please remove the ad banner that was added below the reading panel. I understand the need for ads in an ad-supported app, but this reduces the readable area to an unacceptable minimum, particularly when an email contains large images.

your adds do not allow me read my mail beyond a day before it resets the whole page.

Literally my emails only start HALFWAY DOWN the page on the phone. And I can only see 2 1/2 emails on the page. The Top Half is headings and advert.
