My spam folder does not tell how many messages are in spam
All my other folders (inbox, trash, drafts,etc) show how many emails are in each folder, but my spam folder does NOT show the amount of emails in spam. How do I change/fix this?

I would like to suggest labels for emails so they can be categorized without burying it in a folder and having to take time locating it. The ability to assign multiple labels for emails would increase productivity tremendously.

I didn't used to get SO MUCH SPAM in my inbox. What has happened and why is so much spam getting through and not being routed to the spam folder? I've asked this question before. I also see where numerous other people have asked the same question. Why has this not been addressed?

fix it so my inbox shows the correct number of new (unread) emails. Currently shows I always have one more new email than I really do.
Why does my In-box say I have 2 new emails when in fact there is only one?

Add "Subject" to the SORT option at the top of the home page. You used to have it.
You can keep things in alphabetical order with it.

Fix the broken spam filter!
FIX THE BROKEN SPAM FILTER! Since October, I have been spending way too much time marking emails in spam folder as "not spam". 75-80% of files in spam folder are not spam. marking them as such has not changed anything!

NEW EMAILS SHOULD NOT BE PLACED IN MY DELETED FILES BY YAHOO!
PLEASE CORRECT YAHOO's recent practice of placing ALL NEW DAILY EMAILS INTO MY "DELETED" FOLDER. THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR A WEEK... BUT ONLY DISCOVERED IT 3 DAYS AGO.
I WILL DECIDE WHAT EMAILS I WISH TO PLACE IN THE DELETED FOLDER....

Spam is out of control on my Yahoo mail. I'm getting daily, multiple emails from what appears to be from other countries, with scam offers, mis spelled words and weird capital letters Plus, my regular mail often gets sent over to my spam folder. PLEASE NEED YAHOO TO FIX AND GET BETTER SECURITY/ FILTERS FOR THIS ISSUE.

Inbox categories
Bring back the option to have Inbox categories! It’s absolutely ridiculous that you took it away. Some people love it! You need to at least give the option to turn it on or off to please everyone! My email address is very old and I get an extreme amount of emails. If I can’t have a feature to prioritize what I need I will be forced to convert to a different platform. Why is it so hard to have the option of both ?

How can I copy an email to another folder but still retain it in my inbox folder
I want to copy an email to another folder from my inbox. Presently the move option deletes the email from my inbox.

Why is that that some e-mails with attachments are sent by the system directly to the SPAM bo without any directions from me.
Why is that that some e-mails with attachments are sent by the system directly to the SPAM box without any directions from me. This is important for me as some of those e-mails require an answer and if I do not check the SPAM box daily I risk missing those e-mails.

Trash cannot be searched correctly
I want to find a deleted email from two months ago, but it is no longer found in the trash folder. The system says I have over 5 meg of data left, but only 45 emails. That cannot be correct.

folders
i hjate the all mail folder. what the **** is the diff between inbox and all mail,. i would like one or the other and not both. i should not have to check 2 diff folders to see my mail. and there appears to be no rhym or reason why some got to inb ox and others to all mail.

Delete Folders
Why is there an "All Mail" folder in my G-Mail and not Yahoo Mail? When I access that folder and delete the emails, I get duplicate emails in my "deleted" folder??

Block emails from missing, multiple or wrongly formatted or invalid FROM email address
Please give a check-box option to block all emails where
The sender email address in the FROM field matches following criteria:
1. From field is blank (no sender email address)
OR
2. From field contains multiple email addresses
OR
3. From field contains a string which is not a valid email address
OR
4. From field contains email address of an invalid domain addressGenuine emails dont have these issues while SPAM emails always have this as an issue.
