How can we improve New Mail?

Spam is out of control on my Yahoo mail. I'm getting daily, multiple emails from what appears to be from other countries, with scam offers, mis spelled words and weird capital letters Plus, my regular mail often gets sent over to my spam folder. PLEASE NEED YAHOO TO FIX AND GET BETTER SECURITY/ FILTERS FOR THIS ISSUE.
