Hi there! Thanks for reaching out! If you are using a platform or app that allows you to add multiple email accounts, that would explain the issue you are encountering. To explain better, ''all mail'' shows all of the emails that are received from all of the accounts you have added on the specific platform. For this reason, you may not be able to see some emails when you switch to ''inbox''. It mostly depends on what account you are using if you have multiple accounts. We really hope this helps!
