Spam counter on main page not working
On the main page, the count of spam emails is not showing like the other folders do. Like if a have 2 emails in the spam folder, nothing shows up but a '2' should show up there. Seems like this used to work just fine. So often I have missed important emails that got sent to spam because the count does not show up on the main page.

Marked as spam but not spam: Not getting fixed
Despite repeated requests, you are not able to get the spam filter right. Imagine being on a mail thread and suddenly mail number 5 goes to spam. You were earlier sending it to the inbox and then suddenly you send it to spam. This is very screwed up logic.
Also, in general, important email is being sent to spam. You seriously need to get this right. This is a major BLOCKER for many customers if they miss those important mails. I am one of them.

when will this problem be solved so that you don't have to send files from e-mail to your computer in order to review the sent files, it is very inconvenient and it does not save much time. -

why can't I rename a folder in my con
Why is it that no one from the Yahoo Support team can answer these questions straight up? There should be zero difficulty in renaming Folders or its Sub-Folders. No restrictions should be affecting this. So why is it so hard to rename Folders that are currently in my email list? I would like to have organization within it and to be able to find what I am looking for.

Unable to bulk move messages
I am not sure how ALL my messages from past 10 years or more have moved to Trash folder. But I want to move all of them back to my inbox folder and there is no way to all at once.
I am doing by scrolling down upto few thousands and have been doing multiple times to move in piece meal -
After delete sent items, unable to restore to Sent Folder
After delete mails from sent folders, i am unable to restore to the deleted items to Sent Folder. This functionality should not have been removed in the first place!. The basic and most secure idea should be restored to the ORIGINAL folder where it was deleted!!!

IF user says a message is NOT spam, don't put it back in the spam folder!
Right now, Yahoo's spam filters are not very accurate and apparently do not reflect individuals' mail, just the whole user community's. Some mail gets incorrectly marked as spam and thus does not get to the inbox where it can be picked up by IMAP or POP. If it is marked by the user as NOT SPAM using the button or by moving it, Yahoo keeps putting it back in the spam folder. I unintentionally marked an email as spam and I already emptied the spam folder, so I have no idea how to mark the email as Not Spam. Could you guide me to resolve the issue as I can no longer to receive the email anymore.

Old Messages
AGAIN!!!!!! Today I had 58 old messages in my ARCHIVE folder going back til April. When I delete them, they go to the Thrash folder? FIX IT!!!!!
Based on your description we don't see the flaw. When you delete emails, they're supposed to go to the Trash folder. If there's an issue with your account, please reach out at help.yahoo.com and we'll be more than happy to look into it.

Hi there, please try these steps:
-Open the Spam folder. If you don't see the "Spam" folder, click More below the "Sent" folder.
-Select the email.
-Click Not spam to move the message into your inbox, and future messages from this sender will be delivered to the inbox.
If this fails, please reach out to us at help.yahoo.com and we'll help you troubleshoot.

I want the spam folder to never delete messages!
All the messages in Chinese go to spam and get deleted before I can even see them. Spam folder deletes many true friendly politically uncomfortable messages! How to stop the spam folder from deleting the spam? In order to preserve good mails who are sent to spam folder.
Hi. By default, both the Trash and Spam folders empty automatically to keep your account tidy. You cannot change the Trash and Spam settings.
Trash deletion frequency - Trash is deleted after 7 days.
Spam deletion frequency - Spam is deleted after 30 days.

If you're using any third party app, it can create new folders that appear on your mailbox, regardless of the platform you're currently using. If that's the case, you'll need to change the app's settings or unlink it from your account.

We would like to suggest a couple of troubleshooting steps that should resolve this issue:
1. Clear the app’s cache
2. Remove and re-add your account to the app
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data.

I got two messages that went to my Spam folder, but they are directly related to my business, and should NEVER end up in Spam. Yet when I click the "Not Spam" button, I get a message that says they can't be moved to my Inbox. I have made multiple attempts with the same message, yet keep getting the same message back.
Recently you may have noticed an increase in email going to the Spam folder for senders using Office 365 and other Microsoft products. We are in the process of addressing this issue and expect it to improve over the next several days. Please keep marking the mail in the Spam folder as “not spam” or “ham” and that will help to correct the issue. Thanks for your patience.
