    Yahoo Mail offers a 7-day restore timeframe for emails. Regardless of how old an email is, if it was deleted within the past 7 days, there’s a chance it can be recovered.

    Contacts typically have a 30-day restoration window. If you need help restoring Calendar events, reach out to us through our Help pages or our Forums:

  2. Return My past/present e-mails

    I have tried several times to do this. I still do not have e-mail of any kind. At one point I was told that I now use g-mail. Well.... I have never used g-mail and will not use g-mail. I do not care who you have signed up with just return my past/present/future e-mail. I am now going to a friend and sign into the type of e-mail they use as they do not seem to have a problem with it. Glad to no longer be using you. Good Bye. Hope they can get my mail from you.

  3. It seems that many of my friends don't recive the emails from me and I don't recive the emails from them

    After I send the Email, I always check the " sent folder" and it seems to be alright, but is not. It didn't happen only to me so what is the problem?

    please look into that even after one click or double click it is not downloading so i have no choice but to use gmail id also i tried using ucweb but that was horrible with yahoo browser..

    Hi there,

    We’ve tried and so far we have not been able to replicate this issue.

    When downloading a file, please note that you must click on either the file name or the download arrow within the file icon. Clicking on the attachment thumbnail (the box with file icon inside it) will not download the file.

    We made this click to download area smaller to avoid unintentionally downloading files.

  12. Takes forever to get emails

    It takes 12-24 hours to get emails through your service. Emails I need the day I know they are sent, don't normally show up in my inbox until after about 12 to 14 hours after I know they have been sent.

    I keep getting the message that my browser needs upgraded even when I'm using Edge. The link takes me to a page to download Edge! Get rid of the Feedback button at the bottom left of the screen!! It's annoying. I can't and won't give you feedback daily.

  19. Dangerous Double Deletions

    I don't think it's my mouse's sensitivity settings, but I have watched a second, unselected email get deleted from the inbox or sents when I delete an email above it. This is very dangerous leading to losing important mail.

  20. Mail stopped working

    My e-mail has stopped working for 2 weeks. Someone hacked it and sent out e-mails to my contact and has not worked since. I have tried everything and receive no assistant form Yahoo Support. It doesn't matter if I sign in on an Apple or Windows device, I no longer can send or receive e-mails. Does anyone have any suggestions how to make my account work again????
