Improve your mail it only works if you pay
you are losing people when you charge money for something that is free other places. Better to give a basic that works the way it used to than try to charge to make it work.

Go back to the way it was free and easy to use. Stop charging for what is free from others.

I do not have a NEW IDEA ! I have an old idea that needs to be renewed. Bring back the " Block feature." 108 SPAM E-Mails in one day ?
I, as well as many others have posted the need for a Block Sender. 90% of what I do goes through Yahoo. It is totally obvious that Yahoo is making money off of spam and that Yahoo really doesn't care !

Vacation response is not working on any of my email addresses...i set it up, save, then i send it an email from somewhere, no vaca response.
Fix vacation response so it works when you save it.

Correct subscription renewal and payment issues
I have attempted renewing my MailPro subscription SEVEN TIMES today, using various credit cards, including updating my cards on file with my yahoo account, only to receive error messages "Failed To Purchase" six times. When I attempted renewal from my subscriptions page, the annual $34 fee was accepted, however MY ACCOUNT STILL DOES NOT REFLECT HAVING PURCHASED THE ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION, AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE Yahoo MAILPRO!!!! Yahoo mail has wasted hours of my time already, and I am prepared to abandon yahoo mail altogether after 18 years to avoid ads and to avoid basic issues such as payment…

This customer interaction system is like a hide and seek game. And I'm paying for this?!!!!
I paid for an ad free email account. I don't have time to spend half a day playing games trying to find out who changed the rules on a paid account. Want a good idea? How about giving customers what they paid for. Problem solving is a massive problem with yahoo. Simplify the customer interaction access page. It's bloated beyond reason.

I'm receiving someone else's yahoo.com emails at my yahoo.ca emails. And, it shouldn't be this hard for me to notify Yahoo about this.
Fix the issue of sending someone else's email to me. And find a way for people to notify you of these security issues. This is why I'll be shutting down my Yahoo account. It's not secure.
