I apparently blocked an important email address, because the company checked their firewalls and I've checked my firewalls, but it still won't come through. But its also NOT listed on my blocked emails. All I have is ONE address blocked & I know before all this changed to their "New" email that this list was much longer.   4. Mail default settings

    I highly recommend a set of options to change the default setting of mail loading from "Priority" with options of loading whichever set people want, in my case I want it to default to "All".

  5. email not working properly

    I've been trying to use my account, reset passwords, and login for past two days, and now I have to pay for help. What happened Yahoo? I can't make any changes in my settings as the tabs are no longer there.

  6. Dates

    Organize in box by dates. I can't find mail. Sender says they sent on Nov 2. All I see is Monday, Tuesday, ect. Why can't I see the date mail was sent.

  8. I cannot sort my cox emails by sender

    Now that Cox has moved into Yahoo, I have lost the ability to sort and delete emails by sender. I can do this with my yahoo email account just not with my cox.net email account.

    This hinders cleaning up old or unneeded emails.

    The only options are:
    Date: Newest on top
    Date: Oldest on top
    Unread
    Starred

  9. Allow adds to be disabled

    We are currently using a business account, and we are concerned about the advertisements displayed in emails. It is time-consuming for our employees to scroll through ads to access important messages, which affects productivity. Please provide an option to remove these adds for business clients who rely on a streamlined workflow.

  10. Receiving e-mail notifications

    Sometimes (mostly critical times), e-mails from one person time to time doesn't reach me. I can't find it afterwards in spam or any other folder. He sends e-mail and I never get them. Also I need to set up the notification of him receiving my e-mails, to make our communication more smooth. How can I do it? KR, Elena

    Cox has moved all its email services to Yahoo which could be a great thing. My main issue is that now the only way I can get my emails from all 6 of my Cox addresses in one inbox is blocked because I don’t want to pay 5 dollars for each account so that I can forward them to one in box at Yahoo.com that I have used for a few years now (which may not be possible anyway due to cox.net address). I don’t mind paying the five dollars a month for the original Yahoo account to take advantage…

  14. Option to Turn Off Date Grouping

    Please offer an option to turn off date grouping in the mail inbox. This is unnecessary clutter and there is no logical reason why you should force this on people. Thanks

    display of my messages displays other Yahoo contacts, calendar, and notpad on right side and I do not know how to remove that display. This reduces the room to display messages.

  19. Please add automatic forwarding email option to new email addresses for Australia (old yahoo email address to new yahoo email address)

    I have been using yahoo since 1999 and now wish to change my email address as my surname changed. I set up a new account and attempted to automatic forward all emails to this new address but yahoo does not give this option. Apparently it's not for this 'locale' Can Australia be added please?

    When deleting mass emails from Inbox, it would be helpful if more than 50 could be selected at a time. Set a method for say up to 1000 or all.
