Why is there a new advertising banner across the bottom of the page? 2 already exist on the right side of the screen. This covers up email where you can only see a small part of it. Is this an intent to have people pay a monthly fee?

I don't know when you started this yahoo email+, but forcing me to PAY FOR MY EMAIL ACCOUNT is unacceptable and I will change to gmail now. Frustrated with Yahoo mail adds, taking too much space
I am writing to express my frustration with the current ad layout in Yahoo Mail. Specifically, the advertisement on the right side of the page is overreaching and frequently covers my email content.
The ad panel does not resize correctly and takes up a disproportionate amount of screen space, making it impossible to read or interact with my messages without interference. It feels like a significant downgrade in user experience when basic functionality is blocked by promotional content. I urge the design team to fix this display bug or allow users to collapse the sidebar permanently. -
Should be able to limit the number of emails to select
According to a Google search, you can select just the emails on a page. On the desktop version, that is not the case. I get a lot of spam emails but some older ones I want to keep, even if they haven't been read. When I click the select box, it is selecting as much as 1,000 emails which include the unread and many saved older emails. One used to be able to select how many you want to delete. That feature appears to have been removed and should be reinstituted.

WHY did You take away the BLOCK SENDER from the drop down menus . Now I just can delete them and not block them
Hi John, please mark these emails as spam. It's the same thing as "blocking." It helps your spam filters and prevents those emails from going to you Inbox. Please mark as spam. Some email clients call it "block" and others "mark as spam." Both do the same thing, goes to your Spam folder. Hope this clarifies!

Adds are blocking email functions
I'm currently blocked out of the majority of my email controls because they're covered by adds. I can forward an email but I can't attach anything or see/use the other editing options. This is making my email unusable. Will have to set up a new email elsewhere until this is fixed.

Blocking unwanted emails
Why can I not "Block" certain email senders anymore?? My Spam is suddenly full of disgusting pornographic bs emails and I can not block them?? And why is my spam now full of these disgusting pornographic bs emails?? I never got this volume of **** before! These emails are nasty and I want them out of my email, please provide a way for them to be blocked.

Allow blocking of incoming email addresses
Some months ago, perhaps after the elections last November, you no longer give me (the user) the ability to block unwanted email addresses. Now my spam folder fills up all day, every day requiring me to go thru them all before deleting. I can't even get the satisfaction of blocking them from sending me more junk in the future.

Das Fenster der Mitteilung soll der E-Mail entsprechen. Die Reklame sollen unterdrückt werden.
Die erhaltene E-Mail ist breiter als das dazu bereitstellte Fenster. Daher muss man die darunter liegende Leiste hin- und herziehen. An einem bestimmten Moment die ganze E-Mail ist endgültig verschwunden.
Und das ist nicht zum ersten Mal.
Früher konnte man die Reklame mindestens für kurze Zeit nach rechts schieben. Der dafür dienende Pfeil ist inzwischen verschwunden.
Je neuer ist die Version, desto weniger freundlich ist es. -
Spam is misbehaving
Suddenly some of my mail is being sent to spam even though I have been in reguular contact with the senders beforehand and they are in my address book. Why? What can I do about it? I am not using the most recent version of Yahoo Mail because I did not find it user friendly.

Message deleted pop up
While I appreciate the ability to undo a deleted message, the message deleted pop up comes up over the top of the categories (All, Primary, Offers, Social, Newsletters) where we have to click to see the rest of the emails so we have to x out of the pop up before we can check the rest of the email. This is becoming frustrating. Can you move the pop up box up over the search bar? or at least above where the categories are to see the rest of the unopened emails?

Hi !The handling of spam messages is very frustrating. Many important emails are frequently marked as spam, and the spam folder is often forgotten. Messages from the same sender are treated inconsistently — sometimes they appear in the inbox, and other times they end up in the spam folder. In fact, about half of the messages in the spam folder are not spam at all.
I suggest considering a different approach:
Allow users to disable the spam‑filtering function entirely so that all emails go directly to the inbox.
Allow all emails to go to the inbox, but highlight potential spam…
