  1. The reply, forward buttons from mobile app are missing

    • Trying to forward an email from Mobile, the Reply, Forward buttons are totally missing. This is a huge disadvantage.
    • The grouping email feature is very annoying and not useful at all!
    • The surface of the Window is huge, but the useful are for emails is very small, making very difficult to use it. The read area is very small. The entire surface of the email is covered with many not needed information and features, like ads, while, the most important part: reading and writing emails is smaller and smaller.   2. Emails not received by yahoo although gmail and hotmail has no issue

    I'm testing a new HRMS system my company adopted and before launching we were testing on several emails. No issue for emails sent by the HR system to corporate email accounts, gmail accounts and hotmail accounts. However, only staff who are using yahoo (4 staff) did not receive the same email. Email addresses are correct and nothing in spam/deleted mail/ or filter or blocked functions. Please advise if there are any other settings we yahoo users need to change in our account.

    Every time I send mail to others, yahoo shows that send done but the receiver didn't receive the mail. I am facing this problem again & again.

  4. ebay emails will not search

    When I hit the search button on an eBay email, it goes to the screen where the emails are supposed to come up, but it just continues searching without end, never pulling up the list of eBay emails. This doesn't seem to happen on other searches. As I get multiple emails a day from eBay, it would be nice if this works. I think it may be a bug with the adds that eBay shows during the search.

  8. How can I change my email to regular size...it just got really big?

    Let us figure out how to change our email that got really big, but I can't find out how to get it normal again. I am new to yahoo mail, but I have spent 3 hours trying to figure it out??

    My primary email is *** on yahoo small business. I could add ** as additional mailbox. Want to add 2 more ** & **. But it does not have that option. Kindly help

    I get tired of people saying they did not receive my email. Why can't Yahoo request a return signature for email delivery it's not hard to do. A O L Hadley similar icon at all you have to do is click it and you get an automatic return gives a date and time that they received your email. Yahoo always ask for some way to help make their email better why don't they try this or they too lazy or what.   14. Provide option to telephone with Yahoo

    It is so frustrating not to have an option to call and speak with a representative about trouble receiving email. It is NO help to fill out an email form, that will generate an email response - I will not get the response because my email delivery is not working. I find it unacceptable to have to pay $!3/month for technical assistance to get a live person. Very unhappy user right now.

    Removing yahoo mail from Windows 10 was a bad idea. I have 3 email accounts which I access to every day.

    When i switch between email accounts, Safari warns me that the site is not secure as it uses TLS 1.0 or 1.1.
    Is Yahoo Mail secure and up-to date security-wise?

    I am beyond embarrassed to see a very old photo of me come up when i emailed myself from another email address. I am so frustrated to also hae NO WAY OF CHANGING IT . I have up;oaded a new picture and the same one still comes up. I will change email services if I cannot get this fixed.
