Provide option to telephone with Yahoo
It is so frustrating not to have an option to call and speak with a representative about trouble receiving email. It is NO help to fill out an email form, that will generate an email response - I will not get the response because my email delivery is not working. I find it unacceptable to have to pay $!3/month for technical assistance to get a live person. Very unhappy user right now.
