How can we improve New Mail?

be more upfront with what will happen if a password is changed and you LOSE your old account and folders

Im very upset. I could not get into my "old" yahoo acct because it did not recognize my password, never had a problem for 20 years!! when changing the password as forced to do, I now have a NEW account with none of my old emails and folders synced. This is very serious to me!!! Who can I talk to to fix this!!!!

    it also said everything would sync. I need my folders!! all my info!! I will not be able to contact anyone without my info folders.
