Emails not received by yahoo although gmail and hotmail has no issue
I'm testing a new HRMS system my company adopted and before launching we were testing on several emails. No issue for emails sent by the HR system to corporate email accounts, gmail accounts and hotmail accounts. However, only staff who are using yahoo (4 staff) did not receive the same email. Email addresses are correct and nothing in spam/deleted mail/ or filter or blocked functions. Please advise if there are any other settings we yahoo users need to change in our account.
