I am getting very frustrated with Yahoo's support - and their insistence of immediately closing tickets so I can't reply and tell them their 'fix' didn't work. This system is so broken...

You sell my information to tons of new companies and pretend that I can actively un-choose some of them, but that turns out to be impossible
It's not Ok that you pretend that I can handle the use of my personal information and then when I try, I run into dead-end after dead-end, long lists, page long agreements and 1000s of clicks to no avail. I want one button to click off for each of those companies that from now on will partake of all my personal preferences, and actually, I want one button for all! Please fix this asap!

I need someone to help, FAQ lists do not address my problem. I have been trying to get help and contact Yahoo for months with no result and as such, I've had to resort to using your feedback forum. HELP HELP HELP PLEASE!!!!

Android phone picture handling should be corrected

Yahoo Mail Proxy not properly setting HTTP headers
The Yahoo Mail proxy is not properly setting the 'X Forwarded For IP Address' in the HTTP header. For any web platform that checks that the Client IP Address is equal to the X Forwarded For IP Address as an anti-spoofing measure this will cause issues.
User agent for these requests is:
YahooMailProxy; https://help.yahoo.com/kb/yahoo-mail-proxy-SLN28749.htmlExamples of IP address that X Forwarded For is getting set to:
98.138.219.28 (A-YAHOO-US9)
69.147.93.14 (A-YAHOO-US5)

Which I assume are the Yahoo Mail Proxy servers.It would be great if you could fix this.

gmail integration is not working
When I try to add a gmail mailbox, I get yahoo mail copied into it rather than my gmail messages. It's been going on for a couple of days.

Lack of Support
I recently went through the process of adding Secure Keys. Upon completion I was no longer able to send email. The support Rep insisted I purchase a support package in order for them to help me to the tune of $19/mo. My husband and I had to diagnose and fix the issue ourselves. I'm disgusted that Yahoo has come down to the level of holding people ******* trying to get them to purchase your products in exchange for product help. If you don't want to support and retain your customers, there are a dozen others that will.

SharePoint emails being blocked
The organization I work with uses SharePoint to make our departments' files available to other people within the organization. These are often people outside of the organization. Recently yahoo accounts have not been able to receive the invitation emails, negatively impacting our department's ability to collaborate with outside partners. Please see to it that this no longer occurs.

two accounts.. one active, one deleted
I had two yahoo accounts... I deleted one but have forgotten the password to the one I kept. I no longer have the phone number associated with the account. When I use the recovery email, it brings up the account I CLOSED. I can not access my personal account. I can not recover my password. what can I do?

After inactivity, mailbox shows off line.. Mail list shows, but unable to open email. .Goes on clock forever..
Fix email to work properly.. SHouldn't go offline, and should be able to select, open emails..

i added all my mail accounts to be accessable from main account
I added all of my sub mail accounts to the main yesterday in chrome browser today im in Edge and its asking me to add each account in ..this should not be browser or even machine specific ...t should be account specific I should be allowed to access all my mail accounts from my main anywhere on the planet no mater what device I use.

There is no way to contact yahoo with issues unless you pay. Kinda BS
My email was hacked and i am getting over 100 emails every 10 minutes and there is NO WAY to contact anyone. I sent an email but with over 1200 emails every flippin hour, there is no way I am going to see if they even by chance write me back. This has been my email for 10 years and all my business contacts, bank accounts, store loyalty accounts, doctors, EVERYTHING is linked to it!!! If I do have to switch emails, you bet Im not sticking to yahoo. I shouldnt have to pay for support. Every one else has…
