Actually have a "Contact Us" or "Customer Support" that actually works. Desperately trying to fix a problem and can't get anyone to help me!
Actually have a "Contact Us" or "Customer Support" that actually works. I'm desperately trying to get help through the Help Site and nothing works. I need someone to help, FAQ lists do not address my problem. I have been trying to get help and contact Yahoo for months with no result and as such, I've had to resort to using your feedback forum. HELP HELP HELP PLEASE!!!!

You can reach out to us via Twitter (@YahooCare) or on Facebook (Yahoo Customer Care page) and send us a private message with the issue you are experiencing and we’ll take a look.

commentedlol... no... that doesn't work either. I have 2 email accounts, one I rely on for business contacts. it has been compromised and I cannot get in at all.... email/recovery info everything.. ahs been changed - 3/4 days ago)... I have tried every avenue possible... and yahoo is not supportive at all.. no *actual* chat support, contact services.. nothing... save for paying for services I do not need. I just need into my email!

commentedI don't have Twitter or Facebook accounts, therefore those are not options for me. As of yesterday, I have paid an independent IT support company to help me. They have been able to fix my problem which is lucky as it was discovered that my Yahoo email account had been compromised and my personal details were being held by people overseas who clearly intended to use this information unfavourably. Again, "Customer Support" needs to be accessible. I have been trying to find a way to contact Yahoo Customer Care for months.
