unread email count is incorrect
There needs to be a way to remove "ghost" emails.
- My inbox shows an unread email count of 1
- I click the "unread" folder - nothing is displayed.
- The number of unread emails remains at 1
I cannot receive emails locally because of a count mismatch.
If I was able to clear the counter or if I had an obvious way to request assistance to do this then I could clear the problem myself rather than spending hours trying to work out the best way to ask for help.
