Allow wider width for preview pane permanently
I regularly use a large monitor with the resolution of 2560x1440, it would be great to take advantage of the space and allow for a wider width for the preview pane as it feels a bit cramped at the moment. I know you can expand the pane but then it collapses as soon as you view another email. I'm guessing it's to fit in ads which is fine but for large monitors there is plenty of space to fit everything.

I would like to be able to remove some tabs and reorder others in the mail menu.
For instance, I never use "Starred" or "Archive". Also, I'd like any folders I make to be included in the main mail menu. I don't need a separate "Folders" sub-category.

Include a Select-All Tickbox with the Month & Year Headings
You render "Month" (January|February) headings to break the old/older emails into their time sequence.
Could you add a "[ ] Select All" tickbox against each of the months to allow you to select all the emails in that month? This would allow you to delete or move these emails in chunks.

Message management banner
The pop up banner indicating that messages have been deleted, moved etc sits too low, obscuring the bar of instructions including delete etc

Add back in the ability to add private domain emails to the account
At one time I was able to sync my work account (a gmail account with a custom domain name) to my yahoo account. With the upgrade, I am no longer able to sync that account with my yahoo account. This is horribly inconvenient, as I prefer the yahoo format to the gmail format, but am no longer able to review all my accounts in one area. Please re-add this feature!!!

Deceptive redirect again in Yahoo email service
February 20, 2018, another deceptive redirect on Yahoo email. This time to 159.89.236.241 and blocked by Google. Previous ones (more than 10) blocked by Norton.
Yahoo, most likely rouge Ads. Or? Please do something!

I mark lots of mails as spam but they are never blocked and I keep receiving the same e-mails over and over again.

The emails marked as e-mails should be blocked and not allowed to reappear again and again. -
Unread tab
The Unread tab needs to just be completely removed!! Every time I check an email 1 or 3 of my messages disappear and I have to click different tabs go back to inbox then click unread and then click back on Inbox to find missing emails. Just get rid of it there is no point in that tab at all.

Selected messages (for move, delete, etc.) are deselected automatically if a message (new tab) is opened during the selection process.
Since it's easy to click and open a message by accident when selecting multiple messages, this is a nuisance. It becomes necessary to start over and re-select all the intended messages.
Please retain the selections in the message list.

Highlighting feature on E-mail
You know when you get something like a piece of paper with some info like a hard-copy letter, and you use a highlighter just to highlight the few important bits that concern you the most for future references?
How about you make a feature that can do the same for our inboxes/saved e-mails, so that we can skip easily to the highlighted/important bits when going through them again. Additionally, when this idea goes though, indicate on the "folder search page" when an E-mail has highlighted bits with this feature.

Contact Identity Box Location
When I reply to an email, I click the reply button and then I am presented with a giant box with my contacts name in it that completely obscures the area I am supposed to by typing my reply in... EVERY TIME. The mouse pointer always winds up opening the contact information box and I have to move the mouse and it is getting truly annoying. So, either ditch the giant contact box or move some of the buttons so that I am not typing blind or having to move the mouse pointer so I can see the message section…

Why can't I set my mailbox to show both From and To columns like I can in Outlook?
I can't figure out how to show both from and to columns in folders. Especially when I am working the same topic with multiple people it is imprtant to see the name of the person TO whom I sent a message, rather than just the dumb FROM "Me".
