Closing original email after replying or forwarding automatically
I want my original email to close automatically after replying or forwarding any email message.

Please fix this! No email system that I know of requires the author to manually close read emails after replying to them. What were you thinking?

PLEASE! This is terrible for someone with many, many emails to read through. I end up with dozens of open emails and I can't remember if I need to do something with them or not. I have accidentally deleted emails I wanted to save in an effort to get them all quickly closed, or have to RE-READ them to know if it is safe to delete. This one thing is the entire reason went back to the classic, and waited as long as possible to "upgrade". I had hoped you had solved this problem. It is a huge problem for me. Otherwise I would not have any real complaints about this new version.

I notice with the ****** new version that once you answer an email or forward it, the original email stays open. It used to automatically close. Please make them close automatically again. It is a pain to have to go back and close every answered email after the reply or forward is sent.

Yes, this is making me want to switch back to older version. I go back to my email, and see I have 6 or 7 open emails, because I replied to them, and then it just left the email open.

Yes, this makes me have to look in the Sent folder to see that it did indeed send a reply. If it closed the message I would know for sure.

100000000% agree - at least give us a setting to control how this functions. As of right now, you are forcing extra clicks on the users.
