Include a Select-All Tickbox with the Month & Year Headings
You render "Month" (January|February) headings to break the old/older emails into their time sequence.
Could you add a "[ ] Select All" tickbox against each of the months to allow you to select all the emails in that month? This would allow you to delete or move these emails in chunks.
