Did you take away the option to "filter emails like this" by right-clicking on an email? I cannot find it. I use Filters quite extensively and that was VERY useful and handy.

Mail Preview does not work
Anytime I try to preview an attachment the first page is not visible. I have to download the attachment to view. Such a hassle. Fix it please.

yahoo mail of late is not secure and I'm getting malware attacks!
the https://mail.yahoo.com/d/folders/1 site is not remaining secure after load. WHY?The HTTPS “lock” icon will only show if every single element on the page has been delivered using that type of connection. Any part of an email or ad that hasn’t will make it not show. When you log into Yahoo, you’re connected securely. If you’re getting malware and other pop-ups, test another web browser and scan your computer for any malware or spyware.

changing gender
Changing Gender and name should be allowed. I changed my name, but no matter what i try it still shows my old one. If I didn't have this email connected to so many things I'd deactivate.
It does sound like your sending name may need to be corrected as well. You can check your sending name by following the page here: help.yahoo.com/kb/sln28072.html

Unread e-mails moved from Inbox to trash on it's own
E-mails are moving automatically from my inbox to trash without me reading them. Searching for an e-mail I was waiting for, discovered it was in trash folder as unread. Have to check trash many times a day. averaging about 6-8 e-mailS a day ending up in trash that I haven't read.
PLEASE HELP FIX!!This issue can be caused by filters or a 3rd party mail client.

Ads in Yahoo Pro wrong!
I pay for Yahoo Pro - I shouldn't be seeing ads in my emails. This ****** me off.

As a Mail Pro subscriber, you should certainly not be seeing ads in your Mail. Could you please try accessing your account from a different browser and verify whether you see ads in your mailbox? Issues like this occasionally point to malware on your browser, often installed as a web browser add-on, extension, or plug-in.

The proper way to handle SPAM is to allow users to setup rules
The proper way to handle SPAM is to allow users to setup rules which can be modified based on user preferences. You current rules seemed to have been written by someone who obviously does not know how to use email systems.
When you mark emails as Spam/Not Spam, that essentially teaches our system what “rules” you want it to follow. Check out this article for more info on why emails gets filtered as spam:

I see all of these complaints and requests but I am not seeing any progress or update in the new system. Maybe it is taking long to code and fix everything but can we at least get some information on how things are coming along? We are in the dark and I just want to know if someone is actually listening.

huge SECURITY BREACH by Verizon for all Yahoomail users
I just figured out, that yahoomail. withOUT my permission, has been auto/saving all my DOCUMENTS. and there is no option to disable that auto/save. HUGE exposure. If I want to save a document, I do on my own drives and discs. Yahoo mail is so damned hackable and loaded with spammers worst in the email industry,. there has to be a new option so we can DISable auto saving a document. that's illegal, dangerous shame on Verizon
Yahoo Mail has a Documents view that organized all received documents in a single page for easier access. If you don’t want a document to show up in the search results, just go to the email(s) containing the attachment and delete it.

i have had a yahoo account since the 1990's & have been tricked into a setting i don't like; new, classical. I would like the old.
The old one has better colors, it has lots of emoji, paperless stationary and the color themes are more soothing to the eyes. I would like to switch to that account that i have had for a long time. Is there anyway i can revert what happened 8/30/18? Thanks!

blocked images and seeking permission to show
I have a problem with the blocked images (seeking permission to view) as the ONLY time i get this message is when there is a C.O.P.S. (Concerns of Police Survivors) email/event or anything in support of the Police in general. This worries me. I do not like having to give my consent to be shown an image of a black flag with a thin blue line. It almost gives me the feeling that you guys do not appreciate law enforcement officers and the sacrifices they make daily. Surely I am misreading this whole situation and these are not the only…
