  1. Is anyone listening?

    I see all of these complaints and requests but I am not seeing any progress or update in the new system. Maybe it is taking long to code and fix everything but can we at least get some information on how things are coming along? We are in the dark and I just want to know if someone is actually listening.

  2. huge SECURITY BREACH by Verizon for all Yahoomail users

    I just figured out, that yahoomail. withOUT my permission, has been auto/saving all my DOCUMENTS. and there is no option to disable that auto/save. HUGE exposure. If I want to save a document, I do on my own drives and discs. Yahoo mail is so damned hackable and loaded with spammers worst in the email industry,. there has to be a new option so we can DISable auto saving a document. that's illegal, dangerous shame on Verizon

    Yahoo Mail has a Documents view that organized all received documents in a single page for easier access. If you don’t want a document to show up in the search results, just go to the email(s) containing the attachment and delete it.

  3. i have had a yahoo account since the 1990's & have been tricked into a setting i don't like; new, classical. I would like the old.

    The old one has better colors, it has lots of emoji, paperless stationary and the color themes are more soothing to the eyes. I would like to switch to that account that i have had for a long time. Is there anyway i can revert what happened 8/30/18? Thanks!

  4. blocked images and seeking permission to show

    I have a problem with the blocked images (seeking permission to view) as the ONLY time i get this message is when there is a C.O.P.S. (Concerns of Police Survivors) email/event or anything in support of the Police in general. This worries me. I do not like having to give my consent to be shown an image of a black flag with a thin blue line. It almost gives me the feeling that you guys do not appreciate law enforcement officers and the sacrifices they make daily. Surely I am misreading this whole situation and these are not the only…

    I deleted a note or more from my phone and it is thru yahoo as well. It is gone!!! How can I retrieve it!!???? I deleted it last night by mistake and realized it was very important info. I need to get it back and I was not clicked on the icloud backup!!! Help Please!!!

  6. GOT AN EMAIL IN SPAM STATING THAT MY REQUEST FOR DELETING YAHOO ACCOUNT WILL ACTIVATE WITHIN AN HOUR FROM OPENING THAT SPAM EMAIL help

    I DID NOT REQUEST DELETION OF MY YAHOO ACCOUNT SO WHY DID I GET THE EMAIL STATING THE ABOVE THAT IT WILL DELETE WITHIN AN HOUR... I NEED HELP WITH THIS.     The timestamp on an email is typically determined by the computer’s internal clock or the location of your IP address. Check the location settings in Mail to make sure the correct timezone is selected.

    In New Mail, go to “More Options” and then to the “Viewing email” section.

  10. I CONTINUALLY keep blocking email senders and CONTINUALLY keep getting more from them. Is that 'block senders' just a ruse?

    I CONTINUALLY keep blocking email senders and CONTINUALLY KEEP GETTING MORE FROM THEM. Is the 'block senders' just a Ruse? Am about to delete my yahoo account for this reason. Don't know where they are coming from, but I'm tired of 20-50 emails a day from the same people I keep blocking!!!

    Our Spam filters override any filters on the account, so if something is deemed to be Spam, it will ignore blocked addresses/filters on the account and go there instead.

    Junk mail Yahoo is the cause of the excessive amount of junk mail they are selling on my details to these companies in the USA, if you unsubscribe the email becomes a self multiplying virus or even if you use the yahoo tools to block junk emails again there is something in the software that just multiplys

  13. STOP blocking ICANN contact verification notices from Tucows!

    Either Tucows RSP fails to send notices (seems unlikely) or Yahoo blocks them. This has caused me countless domain suspensions. It makes me wonder if this is possibly an illegal anti-competitive practice under FTC laws. If you cannot get your emails from RSP, you cannot verify contact info on your domain registrations.

    If you’re not getting text messages sent to your Yahoo Mail, check to see if the senders are getting any error messages and then consult the phone carrier if needed.

    If you’re getting a lot of Spam to your Inbox, check out our post on the subject:

    If it’s all going to the Spam folder, then that’s expected. You’ll want to check with the sender to see if they are getting an error message when sending to you. If so, they will want to check with our Postmaster team to resolve it.

    It’s always a good idea to double-check your mailbox settings to be sure they aren’t set to block or filter the address.

    Provide a legitimate link to switch back to Classic Yahoo! Mail. I followed your instructions and filled out the form. However, the button at the bottom doesn't work for me. Please fix this glitch so I can return to Classic Mail.

  18. STOP DAILY MULTIPLE SIGN IN WARNING EMAILS

    I wasn't sure what to put this under.

    I am so tired of receiving notices multiple times per day that sign in attempts have been prevented. I have two accounts and I receive several notices on each account each day from the same IP address. I looked up the IP address today and they appear to be coming directly from BRIGHTHOUSE!!

    I have changed my password, I am on the official Yahoo mail sites and I am VERY tired of receiving all of these warning emails everyday! I cannot seem to satisfy you no matter what I do! Please stop!!…

    Dear Yahoo!,

    When I log in Yahoo, it requires an Account Key sms to my phone number.
    This kind of log in method is very very very troublesome!!!
    Why can't I just use password to log in as before?
    I'm not familiar with the technology.
    I can't use my email until my daughter study on it then just find the way to log in.

    Please take note to this issue.

  20. too much junk mail

    I get so much junk mail in my inbox that I may switch to another email. I've been a loyal customer for close to 20 years. I'd say I delete 10-20 a day.
